This super sunny 1-bedroom apartment unit in a 2-family home features a queen bed, a pullout sofa in the living room with pocket doors for privacy, and a desk. If you choose to bring your furry friend, feel free to share the fully fenced side and back yard. Parking is available with a parking pass so that you may park for free on the street (first come, first served). The Union Square neighborhood boasts some of the best restaurants, bars, and parks in the Boston area. This vibrant community of families, students, and young professionals has easy access to Harvard, MIT, downtown Boston, Union Square, Bloc 11, Union Square Donuts, and Bow Market. The neighborhood is extremely walkable, and the Green Line (Gilman Square) train stop is a 3-minute walk away, offering easy access to downtown Boston and Cambridge. It is also on a major bus route with highway access. There is some noise from young children and a dog above during the early morning and evening during the week and throughout the day on weekends. Each guest that enters the apartment over the number of guests shown in your booking is subject to a fee of $25 per night. Parties, smoking, loud music, or disturbances are not allowed. Any instance of breaking these rules will result in your booking being immediately canceled, security will be summoned, and police will also be involved. A $250 fine will be charged for the use of our security team for any noise complaints that require intervention. Quiet hours are after 10 pm. If you are in your unit beyond the check-out time, you may be subject to a $50 late check-out fee for every hour beyond the check-out time. If there is excessive mess or trash in the unit upon check-out, an additional $100 deep clean fee will be charged. Smoking of any kind in the unit or directly in front of the unit is prohibited, and you will be fined a minimum of $500 for not following this rule, plus damages.
