The private bathroom includes a shower, towels, and basic essentials. A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee of $150, subject to location and availability. Located in the peaceful Temple Crest area, this apartment offers a quiet, residential vibe while keeping you close to Tampa's attractions. Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is approximately 5 minutes away, MOSI (Museum of Science & Industry) is approximately 4–5 minutes away, the University of South Florida Botanical Gardens is approximately 9 minutes away, Lowry Park Zoo is approximately 11 minutes away, and AdventHealth Tampa is approximately 7 minutes away. Easy access to major roads makes exploring Tampa a breeze, and ride-shares and public transit are nearby for extra convenience. Nearby parks and outdoor spaces include Lettuce Lake Park, Rowlett Park, and Water Works Park. Nearby restaurants and cafés include Coasis Restaurant & Bar, Acropolis Greek Taverna, and Ulele. Tampa International Airport is approximately 25–30 minutes away. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the properties. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. Check-in time is 4PM EST and checkout times are 11AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up).
