The complex is a beautiful place, it’s the people who live in the complex that make it look dirty and ugly. Not the complex itself. Staffing could be a little better, whoever the new lady in the office is she is a little nosy, doesn’t really answer the questions you ask her. Seems confused almost all the time. I find myself just waiting for someone else to work the next day. I wish they would bring the old manager back already as well as Yara. Those two lady’s were amazing at running the complex. However I am very thankful for Tiffany!!!!!!! She is amazing at her job. She is helpful anytime i have a question or a issue. She really knows her information and if she does not know something she will definitely ask whoever she needs to and gets back to you asap. She is ALWAYS WORKING and great at explaining things. Very respectful to everyone I’ve never seen or heard this young lady speak or treat anyone in any nasty way. She really needs to be running things in the complex. Hector is also amazing he gets the job done when it comes to maintenance. I could not explain how great this man works and helps the residence. He makes sure all his guys know how to do the labor correct and they are very respectful. Hector has definitely taken care of any maintenance for me and i never have to deal with calling him to come finish the job or anything and i love it. Thank you so much Tiffany & Hector and the other maintenance guys ❤️

I’m 21 now and honestly my experience with moving into a new complex has been anything but pleasant to say the least. That was of course BEFORE I met Jeanie and the team here at Courtney Cove, I had pretty strict criteria in terms of price and timelines but Jeanie was able to find and set me up In my ideal apartment all within a week. I mean the customer service skills on this team is outstanding and don’t even get me started on the maintenance guys as the excellent work they do. Everyone is magnificent, this place is my first that truly felt like a home. Thanks for making it possible Jeanie!!
