I have been a resident for a little over a year here and just renewed my lease. I have seen mixed reviews about this development so I was a little skeptical at first. After a year, I can say that I could not be more happy with my decision here. I know people who live in super expensive apartment complexes and are constantly having problems that go unattended. I have had several small issues since I have moved in- regular wear and tear issues that are to be expected. Every time I put in a service request, the issue is fixed within 24 hours. I had an issue with a lock, and next day I had a brand new lock. I did not have hot water one day, they came and fixed it immediately. Andres and his team are amazing and they deserve to know it! Thank you guys!

My partner and I decided to stop in and see the complex and tour some apartments. First, Everyone in office was incredibly kind and personable. Second, we had the absolute pleasure of being shown around by Ashlee King....who I believe had worked here in past and returned after a brief hiatus. Ashlee was personable, HUMAN, and very knowledgeable. While we did find the units to be a wee bit outdated, the complex itself is very quaint. A more modern apartment with a decent outside area and view is important to us. We hope in near future some units may open more to our liking. Thank you Ashlee and the rest of the team for your professional approach.
