I have lived here with my wife and dog for 7 years. We planned on 1 or 2 years, but we're still here. We have had a great experience with the community and the office staff. I would also like to point out how amazing George and Jose are on the Maintenance staff. Our AC went out early Saturday morning and was not working right when we woke up on Sunday. George was already working on it 15 minutes later and within 2 hours, it was blowing nice cool air! We have the best neighbors and the office puts fun activities together for the community. I can't wait for the next movie night! Thank you Waterstone for a great 7 years!

I moved here back in September 2022, it has been a good experience so far, peaceful and clean environment (sadly some residents that don't clean after their dogs BUT that's on them not on the property), great location and the best at all is the communication with the office staff. Mrs Yuni is the best! she has been so friendly to us and Always willing to come with a solution for all starting from the lease process. The maintenance team is super friendly too and quick to respond. We love the events they do for the residents!!!!
