Garage parking is available for 2 vehicles, plus additional driveway space. Dogs are welcome with prior approval and payment of a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Just minutes from the Brazos Expo Center, RELLIS Campus, and local dining and shopping, this home is perfect for exploring downtown Bryan’s cultural district, trails, and parks. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and evidence of smoking will result in a $400 charge to deodorize the home. If unauthorized guests stay overnight, a fee of $300 plus $25 per person will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. If the property is left excessively dirty, you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. Guests may not alter, tamper with, or access security cameras in any way, and failure to follow this rule will result in charges for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure.
