Smoking is not allowed in or on this property; if evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and guests will be charged the cost to repair the heating and cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees, and when leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property; if unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $200 will be retained plus $50 per person.
