Located in the heart of Aggieland, this home is just a 7-minute drive from Texas A&M University, making it ideal for tailgating, game-day weekends, graduations, or corporate stays. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and any evidence of smoking will result in a $400 retention from the deposit for deodorizing. Do not set the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer to prevent freezing, and set it to 80 degrees when leaving. In the winter, set the thermostat to 60 degrees when leaving. Overnight visitors are not permitted beyond those accounted for in the booking agreement; unauthorized guests will incur a $200 fee plus $50 per person. Parties are prohibited. Pets are not allowed, with the exception of legally documented service animals, and any unapproved pets will result in a $200 fine and booking termination. Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. The grill should be cleaned after each use, and the firepit may only be used when a burn ban is not in place. Guests will need to provide their own paper goods, as only an initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided. Trash must be bagged and placed in the city garbage bin, with a $25 charge for non-compliance. Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior. Tampering with security cameras will result in charges for damages. Includes a coffee bar and ample counter space in the kitchen.
