The primary suite features a king bed and a barn-door entry to a stylish bath with a walk-in shower. The galley-style kitchen boasts new appliances, ample counter space, and a convenient coffee bar. The front living area doubles as a buffet or beverage station, perfect for gatherings. A $200 non-refundable pet fee is required for guests bringing a pet. Located just 7 minutes from Texas A&M University, this home is perfect for tailgating, game-day weekends, graduations, or corporate stays. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property. If there is any evidence of smoking, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight. If unauthorized guests stay, a fee of $300 will be retained, plus $25 per person. If a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged, and the booking may be terminated. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. If feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, the guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. If the trash rule is not followed, there will be a $20 charge. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. Any guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises. The fenced backyard is ideal for kids and pets. Enjoy the gas grill and shaded tailgate-ready area for outdoor fun. A long driveway plus rear carport accommodates up to six vehicles. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior.
