Welcome to Casa Di Vino, a charming Bryan getaway where you can feel at home. This fully decorated home combines comfort, style, and a convenient location in the heart of Aggieland. This home features three bedrooms, two baths, a king-size bed, queen beds, a full kitchen with extensive counter space, a dining table, a bar area, and a fully equipped laundry room. Enjoy the open living space with a large TV for relaxing or movie nights. Enjoy the backyard with a gas grill, and access to the private community pool and kiddie pool. Walking trails and a pond are just steps from the home. Located less than a mile from Messina Hof Winery, this home is perfect for vineyard visits. It's also just 15 minutes from Kyle Field, ideal for cheering on the Aggies. Explore Historic Downtown Bryan for shopping, live music, and First Fridays events, or enjoy local dining at farm-to-table restaurants, cafes, and bars. Guests must digitally sign the booking agreement prior to check-in and be 25 years or older to reserve. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and evidence of smoking will result in a $400 charge to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests are found to have stayed, a fee of $300 will be charged plus $25 per person. Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly properties with prior approval, and a $200 non-refundable pet fee is required. If a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged and the booking may be terminated. Parties are prohibited. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogs the plumbing system, the guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. If Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from Booking Agent and Homeowner, and an event fee will be added. If the pool key cannot be located after your checkout date $20 will be obtained from your deposit. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
