Welcome to 1611 Armistead St., a stunning, newly remodeled retreat just across from the Texas A&M golf course and only a short walk from Kyle Field. Feel at home in this single-story home featuring 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, offering comfortable space for up to 8 guests. The heart of the home is the open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end finishes: drip and pod coffee makers, a KitchenAid mixer, electric range, and an oversized island with seating for four. The living room invites you to unwind with an 80-inch TV and stadium-style sectional seating. Laundry is on site and stocked with extra blankets, pillows and linens. Events are on a case-by-case basis and may be approved for an additional fee of $300. Located mere minutes on foot to Kyle Field and set in one of College Station’s most walkable neighborhoods, this home offers the rare combination of convenience, comfort and style. Please take your shoes off before entering as we have original 1944 wood floors. No glitter or anything sticky is permitted in our house or on our walls, and if we have to repair our sheetrock, a minimum $500 fine will be charged. Please be very careful with the original and very delicate door handles in the home. Trash goes out on Thursday, and you should place the can on the street or coordinate with us. Be extra careful of the trees in the driveway, as we are not responsible for any damage. Pets are not allowed without express permission and a fee paid. Early check-in and late check-out are not allowed without express permission and a fee paid of $50 per hour.
