A fully stocked laundry room includes a brand-new washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and cleaning essentials. Outside, enjoy your private oasis with a patio dining area for six and a propane grill. The massive backyard is fully enclosed with a privacy fence and offers plenty of room for yard games and play. Only minutes from Texas A&M University, Century Square, downtown Bryan, and local parks and restaurants, The Cottage on Meadow is ideally situated. Please take your shoes off before entering as we have original 1944 wood floors. Events may be approved on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee of $150 along with an additional security deposit. No glitter or anything sticky is permitted in the house or on the walls; a minimum $500 fine will be charged for sheetrock repair. Be very careful with the original and delicate door handles. Trash goes out on Thursday; please place the can on the street. Be extra careful of the trees in the driveway. No smoking. No early check-in or late check-out without expressed permission and a fee paid - $50 per hour. The front reading room features a writing desk, making it a peaceful escape or productive work zone.
