Beautiful apartment but it's very expensive. Also be warned that the owners will steal your deposit. They claimed that they needed to repaint the apartment and use a very expensive brand. I have contacted other tenants who also had their deposits taken, even though they made sure the apartment was spotless when they left. Take photos of the apartment before and after living here so you can take them to court if need be.

This place is gorgeous but is pretty expensive to live. I loved the apartment and the location. There are a few reasons I am giving it a 3 star review. 1. They will not give you the gate code for your car to enter the complex and did not give me the device that you keep in your car to drive in because I did not own my own vehicle, so if I had a car to move or rented a car I had to try to ring up the RM who would only answer half the time. 2. This is a big issue I have. I moved out of TPL and was just informed that they are charging me an additional $150 for repainting and cleaning the apartment. This is on top of the $125 security deposit that will not be returned. The apartment was pretty much spotless, no where near 270$ worth of cleaning. And this was only for half the apartment, my roommate was charged another 150$. While I was living there it was clear that there was just patch paint work throughout the apartment so the fact that they're now claiming I owe 270$ ($230 of which is being charged for painting 1 room and half the shared space) seems insane. I loved this place until the cleaning fees were sent to me.
