This home features an open-concept living area with a bright, airy design and a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The large kitchen is perfect for cooking and gathering, and the cozy living room is ideal for game-day or family nights. The garage is equipped with a TV for extra entertainment space, and the 1-bedroom unit features a stationary bike for on-the-go fitness. Fresh linens, comfortable bedding, and stylish décor make every room feel inviting. Pets are welcome with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. This centrally located home is near Texas A&M University (10 minutes/5 miles), Kyle Field (10 minutes), the Northgate District (10 minutes), and Downtown Bryan (15 minutes). It's perfect for game-day weekends, family getaways, or a relaxing College Station visit. Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the booking agreement prior to check-in. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and if evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained, plus $25 per person. Parties are prohibited. If a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged, and the booking may be terminated. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. If feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, the guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. Fires are not allowed on the property, and absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. All trash must be bagged when placed in the dumpster. There will be a $20 charge if this rule was not followed. If the guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained, and an event fee will be added. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
