Step outside to the spacious, fenced-in backyard with a patio and charcoal grill. Parking is available in the large driveway, two-car garage, and ample street parking for 4–6 vehicles. Located near Kyle Field and Texas A&M University, this home is also a short drive from downtown Bryan, with its shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Nearby dining options include Shipwreck Grill, The Station on 29th Street, and Sweet Relish. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and if any evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight, and if unauthorized guests are found, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. This property is not pet-friendly, and if a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged and the booking may be terminated. All trash must be bagged when placed in a dumpster at the City of Bryan/College Station located outside the garage, and there will be a $20 charge if this rule is not followed.
