Feel at home in this spacious retreat, your ultimate Aggieland getaway designed for game day weekends, group trips, and celebrations. This home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across the main house and the fun-filled bonus space known as “The Cave.” Enjoy the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment with a foosball table, board games, smart TVs, and a cozy fireplace. The chef-ready kitchen features a coffee station, ice maker, eating bar, and modern finishes. The main house includes a primary suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a king bed and desk/workspace, and a third bedroom with a queen bed. The bonus space, “The Cave,” offers full-over-full bunk beds and a Murphy bed, along with ample seating and a dedicated workspace. Bring your furry friends along for the Aggieland fun with a $200 non-refundable pet fee for up to two pets. A gas grill is available on the covered porch for tailgating meals, and pergola seating is perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Parking is available on the driveway. This prime location is just 8 minutes from Kyle Field and Texas A&M University, and a short drive to Anderson & Lemon Tree Parks and the Texas A&M Golf Course. Smoking is NOT allowed in or on the properties. If any evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained from your deposit to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $200 will be retained from your deposit plus $50 per person. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property. Guests must digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in. The booking guest must be 25 years or older to reserve and digitally sign the Booking Agreement. Parties are prohibited. If feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, the guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Please put the grill back in its original position and clean it after each use. You may use the firepit only when a burn ban is not in place. Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest. There will be a $25 charge if trash is not collected, bagged, and placed into the city garbage can.
