The primary suite boasts a king bed, a swing chair, and a spa-like en-suite with a soaking tub, renovated shower, and double vanity. Two additional bedrooms offer queen and full beds, sharing a hall bath. Bring your furry friends along to enjoy the spacious backyard, which includes a new gas grill ideal for barbecues, outdoor games, or evening relaxation. Events are allowed; please inquire about event pricing. Enjoy a prime location, just a block from local favorites like Walmart Superstore, Wings n’ More, Chick-fil-A, and Panda Express. The Turkey Creek Walking Trail and Shirewood Park are nearby for outdoor activities, and Kyle Field and Texas A&M University are a short 9-minute drive away. Smoking is NOT allowed in or on the property. If evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained from your deposit to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer or above 80 degrees when leaving. In the winter, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees when leaving. Unauthorized overnight visitors will incur a $200 fee plus $50 per person. Parties are prohibited. Pets are allowed with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. If pets are found without prior agreement, a $200 fine will be issued, and the booking terminated. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Guests will be charged the cost of plumbing repair if other items are flushed. Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Guests will need to provide their own paper goods, and extra items like toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, and shampoo are the responsibility of the guest. A $25 charge will apply if trash is not bagged and placed in the city garbage bin. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior. Includes a king bed with an en-suite bath in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a full bed in the third bedroom, sleeping up to 6 guests.
