Overnight visitors other than those accounted for in the booking agreement are not permitted; unauthorized guests will incur a $200 fee plus $50 per person. Parties are prohibited. Only flush toilet paper; flushing feminine products or other items will result in charges for plumbing repair. No candles are allowed in or on the property. An initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided; guests are responsible for additional items like toothpaste, extra toilet paper, and shampoo. A $25 charge will apply if trash is not collected, bagged, and placed in the city garbage bin. Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in. The property may have one or more actively recording security cameras overlooking the front entrance and driveway, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property. Pets are NOT allowed, with the exception of legally documented service animals; failure to comply will result in a $200 fine and booking termination. Events require prior permission from the Booking Agent and Homeowner, and an event fee will be added. Tampering with security cameras will result in charges for full damages.
