Relax in the open living area with a 65” flat-screen TV, beautiful stained concrete floors, and a seamless flow into the galley-style kitchen and dining space. The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining room make meal prep and shared dinners a breeze. Step outside to the side patio with a charcoal grill for al fresco cooking. A full-size utility room makes your stay easy and stress-free. Three designated parking spaces are available. Nearby highlights include Wolf Pen Creek Park with scenic trails and summer concerts, Post Oak Mall, Napa Flats, Yummi Yummi Sushi, Gumby’s Pizza, A&M Golf Course, Aggieland Outfitters and The Warehouse. This home is located at the main intersection of Texas Ave & Holleman Dr E, and is 2 miles from Kyle Field. The guest making the reservation must be 25 years or older and must digitally sign the booking agreement prior to check-in. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and if evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests are found to have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. Pets are only allowed with prior approval and a $200 non-refundable pet fee is required. If a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged and the booking may be terminated. Fires are not allowed on the property, and absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. All trash must be bagged when placed in the dumpster. There will be a $20 charge if this rule is not followed. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior.
