Visitors other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight; a fee of $200 plus $50 per person will be retained from your deposit if unauthorized guests are found. Pets are NOT allowed at this property, with the exception of legally documented service animals. If any pets are found without prior agreement, a $200 fine will be applied, and the booking will be terminated. Parking is allowed in the driveway lot. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not. Towels or linens may not be taken from the property. Excessive dirtiness may incur additional cleaning fees. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper; flushing other products will result in plumbing repair charges. Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. The grill must be cleaned after each use and returned to its original position. Guests will need to provide their own paper goods; an initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided. Trash must be collected, bagged, and placed into the city garbage bin; a $25 charge will apply if this rule is not followed. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act.
