Valet parking is available for $75 per night with in and out privileges, and self-parking is available across the street for $45 per night. This property is pet-friendly for $150 plus tax. A pack and play and high chair are available upon request. You’re in one of the most walkable areas of Miami, steps from Kaseya Center, Bayside, Bayfront Park, and the waterfront. Bayfront Park and the marina are a quick stroll away, and Bayside Marketplace brings live music, casual bites, and boat tours. Take the free Metromover nearby to explore Brickell without needing a car. For beach days or exploring Wynwood or Midtown, it’s a quick 10–15 minute ride. A credit or debit card may be required at check-in for a hotel security deposit to cover any potential damages to the building’s amenities. Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law. Dogs and cats only are allowed, with prior written approval, a maximum of one pet per unit, and a maximum weight of 75 lbs. A non-refundable pet fee is $150 per stay. Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, non-aggressive, and leashed in common areas. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated and are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Guests are responsible for pet waste, damages, odors, and disturbances. Smoking, vaping, marijuana, or illegal drug use is strictly prohibited inside the unit and building, and evidence of violation may result in a minimum $500 remediation fee, plus any additional cleaning or damage costs. Hair dyeing, bleaching, or use of staining substances is prohibited inside the unit, and any resulting damage will be charged to the guest.
