The second and third guest rooms each have a queen-size bed, while the bonus bedroom also has a king-size bed and another bathroom with a modern shower. A queen self-inflating air mattress is available upon request. The newly renovated kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and all the kitchenware needed for your stay. The cozy living room features a comfortable sectional, perfect for lounging, and includes a smart TV with free Netflix/Roku and basic local channels. High-speed internet is also provided. The patio offers a lovely sitting and reading area with beautiful views of nature. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. Extra bedding sheets for the air mattress and bath towels are provided for parties of eight guests or more and are available upon prior request at booking. A nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay is applicable for approved small pets under 25 lbs, with a maximum of two pets per stay. Conveniently located in Duluth, this home is close to restaurants and shopping centers, with easy access to major highways. It's just minutes to the Pleasant Hills area, making it an ideal spot for exploring local attractions. Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is strictly at 10 a.m., with a penalty fee of half the night’s stay for late check-out. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited inside or outside within 10 feet of the property, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. No loud noise, parties, or events are allowed, and the maximum capacity is 10 people. Unregistered guests will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.
