Amber mill and their staff have been the most pleasant experience I have had with another complex owner to date. Between the excellent leasing office staff, matience professionals, and other residents I do not see my self moving out for years to come. Their competitive prices, terrific floor plans, plentiful amenities, and stunning enviorment have been outstanding from the day I found them to present. If you have any doubts about amber mill and their staff, let me put your mind at ease. You won't be disappointed. however this is just my opinion, so please I implore you, come and stop by for a visit.

Cool place to live, we feel safe here, been here since 2018. The staff is very professional and courteous. Maintenance answers immediately. I have seen courtesy officers in the complex which is cool. Improvements and upgrades to the playground, pool and grilling area was great to see this past year. Landscaping, valet trash and pest control vendors can be addressed. Overall great property.
