After moving in (quickly) the modern, thoughtful amenities blew my mind. I’ve been to many apartments in many countries and this truly feels amazing to call The Perry “home”.
My granddaughter, who visits often, is completely in love with the art room!!!
If you’re looking for someplace to move do not miss this great community situated close to 285 and 85 . Everyone here is beyond helpful and that makes a huge difference when you’re describing your new home.
It’s a smaller complex so it’s more of an actual community feel and I love that.
Super pet friendly but does not have the classic pet smell anywhere.

This is the best apartment I've ever lived in. The floor plan is incredibly efficient, making the space feel much larger. The amenities are not just for show—they're genuinely useful and well-maintained for residents. And last but not least, the management team is exceptional. Shout out to Keiarra and Yana for making this place feel like home!

I have been living at The Perry Residences for a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The attention to cleanliness is exceptional—common areas are always well-maintained, and the grounds are spotless. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any concerns I’ve had, whether big or small. I also appreciate the added security of the gated community, which gives me peace of mind. Plus, the amenities here, community events such as yoga classes, bbq , food trucks etc, and a dog washing station ! make it a fantastic place to live. It truly feels like a home, not just an apartment complex. I highly recommend The Perry Residences to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and well-managed community!

The Perry is one of a kind!! The property is beautiful and the amenities are incredible. Kierra is professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. We started our process with Yana as she gave us the tour. She is very easy to work with and helpful. So far we have been very pleased!

I love everything about The Perry! Keira and Yana are so sweet and will do whatever to help you. The amenities are amazing! I am very pleased overall.
I must say this property is gorgeous. The leasing agent Larry is so very kind. He did an impeccable job. If you’re looking for something nice and luxury that has everything you want and more. Please add this property to your list of tours. I recommend this place and especially Larry. His kindness, patience and great energy encourage me to complete an application with him on Saturday.
The Perry Residences, has been the absolute BEST place i’ve ever rented from. Not only is the place beautiful and clean, but the amenities are endless. The staff have been nothing but a joy and very helpful, shoutout to YANA, Larry, and Lisa! I can’t say enough great things about this complex, definitely recommend to all ages and families!
