An in-unit washer and dryer with detergent are also available for your convenience. Complimentary garage parking is available for one vehicle, and visitor parking is available for extra vehicles. Perks include access to a gym, yoga and wellness room, coworking areas, podcast studio, and gaming lounge. Evenings are perfect at the rooftop lounge with BBQ grills and an outdoor area. Located within walking distance of the Bishop Arts District, this suite is close to boutiques, restaurants, bars and galleries. Downtown Dallas is approximately 7 minutes away, and the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center is about 8 minutes away. The American Airlines Center, Perot Museum of Nature & Science, Klyde Warren Park, Dallas Zoo, and Dallas Love Field Airport are also within a short drive. Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $150 fine. There is a $500 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.
