Located on the third floor with elevator access, this bay side retreat sleeps up to six and features coastal-style interiors and three TVs. This condo offers over 1000 square feet of living space, comfortably accommodating up to six guests with two bedrooms and a family room with a sofa bed. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom offers both a queen and twin bed. High-end furnishings, coastal finishes, and three flat-screen TVs create a refined yet relaxed atmosphere. The open living area flows seamlessly to a private screened lanai showcasing spectacular bay and mangrove island views. Residents enjoy access to resort-style amenities, including a pool, bocce ball courts, shuffleboard, a propane gas grill with tiki hut, a small fitness room, a putting and chipping green, and multiple tennis and pickleball courts. Assigned under-building parking is available with additional unassigned parking. A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee of $150, subject to location and availability. This condo is located just across the street from the beach, with an easy 10-minute walk to the Gulf’s white sand and turquoise waters of Fort Myers Beach. Access to the EBIA Private Beach access is included with your stay. The property is conveniently located near the new south end Fort Myers Beach bridge, making island access smooth and convenient year-round. The community pool at the complex will be out of service for approximately 2 months beginning in early July, 2026. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the residence. No parties or large gatherings of unregistered guests are allowed. Drug use and excessive drinking are prohibited. No pets of any kind are allowed in the property. No excessive noise, music, or rowdy behavior. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Report any damage or malfunction to the host right away. This is a self check-in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival. A one-month minimum stay is required.
