Residents also enjoy access to resort-style amenities, including a private pool, bocce ball courts, shuffleboard, a propane gas grill with tiki hut, a small fitness room, a putting and chipping green, multiple tennis and pickleball courts and private community beach access. Assigned under-building parking is available with additional unassigned parking. Located just across the street from the beach, this condo is a 10-minute walk to the Gulf’s white sand and turquoise waters of Fort Myers Beach. The condo also has a prime location near the new south end Fort Myers Beach bridge, making island access smooth and convenient year-round. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Please report any damage or malfunction to the host right away so that the damaged item can be repaired or replaced. This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to move in along with the second payment. Please allow 30 days for processing. The community has a 30-day minimum number of days per lease. This is a self check-in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival.
