Enjoy gorgeous views of the golf course from the pool, lanai, family room, kitchen, and main bedroom. There is a private heated pool at the home, along with a neighborhood pool within walking distance. Guests can walk through the garage and access beach chairs, bikes, and pool toys. Please note that this home does not have any membership for any of the onsite amenities. Spanish Wells has a public golf course. The community is within walking distance of the Sunshine Plaza, which has Zorba's Greek and Mediterranean food, Smash Fitness Gym, The Stage Restaurant and Dinner Theater, and the Bonita Beach Balloon Bar and Grill. Bonita Beach is located less than 4 miles from the main entrance of Spanish Wells off of Bonita Beach Road. The Fort Myers International Airport is a quick 25-minute drive from the home. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Please report any damage or malfunction to the host right away so that they can repair or replace the damaged item. Pets are not allowed. The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate, but the temperature can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move-in along with the second payment.
