A Delightful resident Experience at Meadow brook apartment community,Thanks to Zaira Batista. It is not just the amazing professionalism but amazing overall experience. A large part of that credit goes to the exceptional assistant manager, Zaira. Zaira exuded an air of professionalism and competence. Her attentiveness was spot-on, ensuring our questions were always answered and issues handled. But what truly impressed us was Zaira's obvious passion and eloquence was Her follow up and keeness to help, I have never called Zaira and her not answer the phone, resolution skills and remarkable communication skills are second to none. In addition to the fantastic service, I then talked to the Manager Marti, Just a breath of fresh air. competent and a great communicator. They elevated our experience. We highly recommend meadowbrook apartment community.
