This home offers a comfortable stay with its spacious layout and convenient location. This home is built for outdoor living, featuring a brand-new pavered pool deck with new furnishings and lush subtropical landscaping. The split bedroom floor plan offers privacy, with the master suite secluded on one side and two additional guest bedrooms on the other. The master includes a king-size bed with a comfortable mattress, an en-suite bathroom, and a large closet. One guest bedroom also features a king-size bed with private French doors leading to the screened lanai, while the other has a king bed and access to a second full bathroom. The open-concept living area boasts vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and ample space for relaxation and dining. The well-stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything needed to prepare meals together. Enjoy al fresco dining under the screened and covered lanai with a 6-top informal dining set, or utilize the propane and charcoal grill. The pool is heated for comfortable enjoyment during cooler months. Linens, pool/beach, kitchen, and bathroom towels are provided. For your beach excursions, four beach chairs, a rolling cooler, umbrellas, and a beach bag are included. Two bicycles are also available for guest use. Dogs are permitted with a fee of $75 per pet per stay. The garage is not available for guest use. Centrally located in Bonita Springs, this home is just a 25-minute drive from Fort Myers International Airport and a 10-minute drive to the world-famous Bonita and Barefoot Beaches. Situated off Pennsylvania Ave., the neighborhood is a quaint enclave of well-cared-for homes. While public transportation is limited in the area, Uber and Lyft services are readily available. A car is recommended to fully experience the area's offerings. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Guests can choose between a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold to cover accidental damage during their stay, collected after booking and before check-in. The pool is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate, though temperature may fluctuate based on local weather conditions. This is a pet-friendly home, allowing only 1 or 2 non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited. Check-in is self-service with a coded door lock that is changed between reservations. Early and late check-outs may be accommodated upon request and availability.
