The laundry room is conveniently located just outside the second bathroom, and the screened lanai offers privacy with views of a natural preserve. This rental includes a 1-car garage, 2 beach chairs, a beach cart, an umbrella, a boogie board, 2 bikes, and two BBQ grills (one gas and one charcoal). Guests can also use dumbbells, a barbell, a yoga mat, and a step-up board. A travel bed for babies and board games are available.
