On my second year living here. Great spot if you frequent FMB, sanibel, or Captiva. Area itself feels very homey. Away from all the traffic in fort myers but still only 15 minutes to get there. Have had some problems with neighbors at the complex across the street, lago de sol, but that’s the only real issue I’ve had. The office will help you no matter what you need, always very responsive and quick to act. The inspiration for writing this today came from the maintenance team. My ac went out last night around 4 am. I do have a portable unit I’ve held onto for years so I did not need to call the emergency number. So I called at 9 when the office opened, someone was here by 10, and ac is fixed by 11. I am considering moving after my current lease term but the only reason in this is to be closer to a new job. Hope this helps someone!

Wanted to wait until we lived here for a little bit (almost a month now) and we absolutely love it! The community is very nice, quiet, and very well kept. We happened to have a few issues and made a maintenance request upon moving in, they was there the next day! Unfortunately I had another issue (it’s not a new car things are gonna happen) but just like last time they was out the very next day and the problem was solved! This maintenance crew is the best! We worked with Laura with the entire process of the application, seeing the place, moving in etc and I can speak very highly of her! It’s like working with family every time I needed to speak with them. I would very much recommend checking this place out! The apartment is very nice, updated and the size is perfect! Having the place gated just makes me feel even better having a family here! The pool is amazing and so far going 5 times it’s never been busy and always clean!
