Update… Claudia Roper our apartment complex has going through a bunch of changes in these last few months. And the office staff was not exempt from this. However, even with all the changes this new staff is on it. The leasing manager, Claudia Roper, and the rest of the team are awesome. I had an issue, that wasn’t even Claudia Roper’s fault. Nonetheless, she took ownership and responsibility of the issue as if she was the one at fault. She apologized, and I’m like “girl it’s not your fault!” She went line by line, item by item, took her time and explained everything to us in an easy and understandable manner. Not only did she patiently work with us, she also rectified the situation giving us comfort and ease. This new team in the office is amazing!! A++

Andre Gomez at the front desk at the Residents center is terrific. He handles a multitude of issues on a daily basis with grace and patience. If you have an issue with maintenance or paperwork, he's the go to guy. For new time renters I recommend Richard. Terrific guy. I've been here for a years, had to leave for a few months for family situation but was my first choice when I came back last year. Nice place to live. Some time has passed now and I'd like to add Rosa to my review as someone who does excellent job.
