I give this place a five star rating because of how absolutely beautiful and well kept the property is! Leasing agents at the office are very spectacular respectful and get the job done right! We went through Kay at the office a she was the most Respectful, kind and caring person we’ve worked with here. She did everything in a timely manner an always kept us updated. If you’re thinking about moving to the palms Kay is just the woman you want!!

We moved here in June and have nothing but good things to say. The office staff are nice and helpful, the maintenance is prompt, and the landscape, bark park and pool are all well maintained. The neighbors we have met are all so friendly and it seems like everyone is a dog-person, which is great for us because we are too. We love the high ceilings and the split bedroom layout, and all the natural light the big sliding doors provide. We are very happy here! Thank you!
