Public bus stops are close by, and any location in Uptown Charlotte can be quickly reached by foot. Walking and Uber are also great ways to get around. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. A refundable fob deposit of $100 is required prior to check-in, which will be returned once the fob is confirmed returned after checkout. This is a non-smoking property; any signs of smoking (cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc.) in or around the home will incur an automatic $500 damage charge. If marijuana is smoked, a $500 fee will be charged, and reservation details may be turned over to authorities. Parties are prohibited, and other events require prior approval. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours and disturbing neighbors will result in reservation cancellation, immediate departure, and no refunds.
