After a very stressful and frustrating couple of weeks apartment hunting, I'm so excited to be calling 500 West Trade my future home! Special shout out to TeVaughn who went above and beyond to helping my boyfriend and I find an apartment. He was professional, answered all of our questions, and kept us informed during the application process. He promised to have our application process take no more than 3 days and he had us approved in 24 hours (just amazing!). The building is beautiful, and the amenities are awesome. As a picky person, I was very impressed while I was touring. Thank you TeVaughn for your hard work!

500 has truly been an amazing community. Ginette is an outstanding property manager who is constantly working to make positive changes within the community. Andrew always provides a welcoming environment downstairs and is efficient and helpful in answering any questions and concerns. Ty and TeVaughn are both excellent in the leasing office- Ty did a great job integrating himself within the 500 community and was able to easily address every question I had about move out, and TeVaughn always provides fast answers and goes out of his way to establish connections amongst residents and make 500 feel like a community. Any maintenance request I had was always handled within 24 hours by Devroue who always made sure the issue was completely fixed. The only reason I left was due to moving out of Charlotte, but if you’re looking in Charlotte, there is no better place. Thank you 500 team!
