Building amenities include a pool, a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor lounge with grills and a fire pit, and a courtyard and hammock area. While designs are based on representative photos, please note that each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. There are exterior security cameras installed at the property, positioned at the building’s entry and exit points, monitoring common areas accessible to all units 24/7 for safety and security purposes only. There are no cameras inside any unit or in private spaces. Only street parking is available. Pool access is available where allowed by season and weather, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breed], with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately.
