Queen bed, bath with shower, laundry in basement, side patio, internet, monthly cleaning included and off-street parking for one vehicle. Fully equipped kitchen -pots/pans, silverware, glasses, dish-ware, toaster oven, coffee maker, etc. - utilities included. No smoking, candles, incense, etc. This gorgeous duplex offers peace, quiet, solitude and a patio with trees birds and squirrels. No shoes to be worn in the house. Guests must agree to keep a tidy house. Monthly rental: $3,000 - maximum 2 people. Small house-trained dog acceptable.
