Lived here for 2 years and loved it the whole time. I only left because my partner and I needed more room — and even then we were sad to leave such a pretty space and awesome windows. Included is how a unit could look with some stuff — and a cat!

The building is absolutely beautiful. It has all the modern updates with beautiful touches of the original history highlighted throughout. The building is extremely secure. The management team is professional, timely, fair, and openly communicates with tennents. The maintenance team is wonderful and very responsive in any needs. If they don't feel comfortable in the task it is sent quickly to specialists. The apartments are well insulated and sound proofed. The team is continuously updating and improving the building. The neighborhood is close to the waterfront shops and a quick drive to access the parkway. On street parking is plentiful.
