No smoking, candles, incense, etc. This gorgeous duplex offers peace, quiet, solitude and a patio with trees birds and squirrels. No shoes to be worn in the house. Guests must agree to keep a tidy house. Monthly rental: $3,000 - maximum 2 people. Small/medium house-trained dog acceptable. NOTE: available Sept 15- Oct 15. Available again January 2027.
