Hello Friends who are moving to Pittsburgh, I want to share my moving story with you. I moved to Pittsburgh from Nashiville for work and moving to new city, new place always brings feeling of excitement and stress at the same time just like eating cold Ice Cream as fast as you can its going to give you brain freeze along with sweetness. Well I visited almost 25 renting place called them up look for their reviews you know basic stuff, I called up leasing office here and Heather, Jessica made is so simple and easy for me, the online tour, easy lease sign up process, flexibility to collect keys (as my moving day was sunday ). They made it very easy for me. Later we were expecting and was looking for 2 bed so they listened to my request and made another move within community very easy gave me more than enough time to clean up and move to new unit. I would like to talk about the maintenance staff here, they are very responsive, I didnt had any major maintenance issue but small stuff like AC unit, smoke detector, bath tub clogging you know regular wear and tear stuff. Josh, Igor and his team fixed it right on time. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. Last thing I want to mention about Ventana hills is, its very beautiful and peaceful, I feel like I am on vacation specially in Fall season and spring. I think I made a right choice moving to Ventana.

My family and I have lived here for a little more than 2 years now. We found that it was the best bang for our buck, with the area and the amenities we receive, from a swimming pool to an in-house washer/dryer and more! And the views are beyond compare! The maintenance and office staff do their best to listen to concerns and help keep our community looking and feeling like a place we are proud to call our home. We look forward to the growth and continued success of Ventana Hills, as a top competitor for rental properties in the area.
