I've lived at this apartment complex for over 15 years before it transitioned to Moon Grove. It was called Polo Club previously. But I came here originally in the year 06. I could sing praises all day about my positive experiences since it became Moon Grove.. over the course of time I've been privileged to meet an exceptionally lovely person who happens to be the manager of Moon Grove. Her name is Ziare! I met Ziare a couple years ago when she was the assistant manager. Her extreme dedication to her work I have no doubt is the reason they promoted her to manager! She was just as sweet back then as she is now! So happy to see that it's her leading this big complex & having her be at the helm and in charge.. I hope she always stays manager here!! she's amazing! I felt I needed to put a review out to show my appreciation because countless times she's exuded endless patience and consistent communication which of course I feel very appreciative of. Anytime I had concerns or questions I would sometimes send emails and maybe a lot of the time they were too long(and prob boring too!!) lol. she always remained patient and not once was rude . We get all kinds of reminders that there will be a social event happening at the clubhouse etc. she really wants to interact with the residents here it's just obvious she cares About her job an engaging with others.. Wouldn't trade her for anyone else! The maintenance guys too are really cool ..very nice and helpful.. So You definitely won't find any rude or arrogant staff in this place. which is probably why I'll never leave!! lol

I recently worked there and I can't express how down to earth Ziare in the front office was. Awesome attitude, extremely respectful and just a joy to be around. In 5 years of maintenance jobs, she is hands down the best front office employee I've ever dealt with. Extremely recommend finding and speaking with her in your dealings with Moongrove apartments.
