Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am, and guests are expected to be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels down. No parties and no smoking are allowed in the property, and a $1000 fine will be assessed for violations. Any damage caused by guests must be reported immediately and will be the guest's responsibility to repair or replace. Check-in time is from 4:00 PM, and check-out time is by 10:00 AM. No pets are allowed without prior authorization, and additional fees apply. Violating these rules may result in eviction without a refund. Includes two comfortable workspaces.
