Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends, with penalties for violation including a warning, a $100 fine, or immediate eviction. You are required to have a smart phone for the entire trip as the locks for the building work through a smart phone application. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. All dirty dishes and/or cookware must be loaded and started in the dishwasher. Food waste must be dumped in the garbage, not the sink disposal. All trash must be placed in the trash can or disposed of in the trash shoot. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation.
