Feel at home in this newly introduced luxury apartment, nestled in the heart of Tampa's Channelside district. This sophisticated living space offers a serene retreat from bustling city life. This modern apartment features spacious living areas, state-of-the-art amenities, and a fully equipped kitchen. High-speed internet and plush bedding are included. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet, per night for short stays, a flat $200 fee per pet for 8–28 night stays, or a flat $300 fee per pet for 29+ night stays. Early check-in at 2PM for $25 or 12PM for $50 and late check-out at 12PM for $25 are available, subject to approval. Strategically located in the vibrant Channelside area, this apartment is in close proximity to Tampa’s dynamic downtown, a plethora of entertainment options, and iconic stadiums. Explore an array of bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues right at your doorstep. Downtown Tampa is just a short drive away. Amenities outside of the apartment are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance. You are required to have a smartphone for the entire trip, as the building locks work through a smartphone application. Pet weight limit is 35 lbs, and pitbulls are not allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment. Unregistered pet fee is $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation are a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage, and place all trash in the trash can. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). We are not allowed to accept mail orders to the building since there is only 1 unique mailbox key per apartment. However, I recommend getting a PO Box at the local USPS and having orders shipped there.
