Front desk hours are from 8 am to 6 pm daily, and pool hours are from 8 am to 10 pm daily. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Overnight guests must not exceed the room's maximum occupancy; extra guests or visitors need management approval, and violators may be fined $200 - $500. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. House parties and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited, and violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, including the balcony, and violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine, plus additional charges for cleaning and odor removal.
