This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Weapons and drugs are not allowed, and police will be called for any violations. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee.
