This apartment features a modern kitchen with everything you need to cook at home, a spa-style bathroom with plush towels and premium toiletries, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Enjoy access to a resort-style pool, a rooftop fitness center with skyline backdrops, a full-service spa and wellness center, a yoga deck, private lounges, and a grill terrace. Fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV are available for work or streaming. Optional valet parking is available for $75 per night (in and out included). A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet will be charged for the duration of your stay. A mandatory daily resort fee of $35+Taxes is paid at check-in. Walk to Brickell, Bayside, Kaseya Center, and Bayfront Park. Dine at Casa Gianna or sip cocktails at Gale Swim Club. Café Gianna offers Italian espresso and grab-and-go bites. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for smoking in the unit. Please refrain from dyeing your hair while in the condo to avoid accidents and remember to take out the trash before you leave. Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am. If guests arrive before 9:00 am and have not paid early check-in or arrive after 9 pm a Late Arrival Fee of $40 will be charged. Dogs must weigh no more than 75 pounds, and cats must be domesticated. A maximum of one pet per unit is allowed. Pets must not be left unattended in the apartment unless they are crated. Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Owners are expected to clean up after their pets both inside the apartment and in common areas of the property. Pets must be leashed when in outdoor areas of the property.
