Our cleaning services include washing or replacing towels and linens and overall cleaning of the interior space of the apartment. Additional fees may apply. Unless your reservation is extended, there will be no housekeeping cleaning service arranged for the last week of your reservation. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have guests staying with you, so we can document the information accordingly in our system. We also recommend that you notify the front desk in order to avoid any confusion. Pets are not allowed in the apartment unless approved in writing by a trusted partner. Please note that not all properties are pet-friendly and that in properties where pets are allowed, reservations are subject to a pet fee. If your apartment has a balcony, please do not leave items unattended. These items can become a projectile causing personal injury or property damage to both residents and/or street traffic. Conserving energy is important to our environment and can also help us maintain low energy costs. We kindly invite you to be mindful of your energy use by turning off lights, turning off air conditioning or heating units before leaving the apartment, and unplugging mobile phone and laptop chargers from the wall outlets.
