This newly renovated space features a memory foam Nest Bed and a 4K Smart TV. On-site laundry services are free to use and are located on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway. Building amenities include a smoke-free property, a fully equipped gym, and a lobby area. A Smart-TV with streaming apps is installed. If you're traveling by car, the surface lot behind the building is managed by a third-party. Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property. Located in the heart of the bustling Central Business District (CBD), this dynamic neighborhood blends historic charm with modern sophistication. Lafayette Square is 0.2 miles away, Bourbon Street and Canal Street are 0.5 miles away, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas is 0.7 miles away, The National WWII Museum is 1.2 miles away, Mercedes-Benz Superdome is 0.9 miles away, and House of Blues is 0.6 miles away. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and the police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined), and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds] are allowed. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required.
