Upon entering, you'll be greeted with a warm and inviting family room with a 65" Smart TV filled with mid-century modern furniture and natural light. The open concept allows you to interact with those in the kitchen and dining area while in the living room, perfect for large groups or families to mingle. Food lovers will appreciate the fully stocked kitchen with a large island, barstool seating, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. After brewing your coffee or heating some tea, pass through the spacious dining room and step outside onto the private deck overlooking the backyard. Soak in the privacy from the outdoor furniture and enjoy the games, fire pit, and charcoal grill. After a day full of play, rest easy on the main level with three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a tub. The lower level has one bedroom, and one full bathroom. Make yourself at home with the washer and dryer, detergent is free. The game room includes a wood fireplace, board games, darts, a PacMan machine and kid's toys. A highchair and pack n’ play are on site. Two pets maximum are allowed per stay with a pet fee. Outside the beauty of this home is an ideal location that offers country living while still having close access to everything Madison has to offer. You'll find The Kohl Center, UW-Madison, Camp Randall Stadium, State Street, The Capitol, and The Alliant Energy Center within 20 minutes. It's 5 minutes to Sun Prairie restaurants and shopping. A vehicle will be your best form of transportation. This is a rural neighborhood with large lots, spacious yards and plenty of privacy. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Any complaints from the neighbors or noise violations responded to by local police could result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of all fees. Smoking (cigarettes, cigars, vapes and/or marijuana) at this property inside or outside is not allowed. Failure to follow this rule will result in an automatic eviction, forfeiture of all rental, OTA and cleaning fees, even if discovered after your stay. Unauthorized pets are not allowed on the property. Pets must be on the reservation. No unauthorized parties are allowed. Late check-out's are not allowed unless authorized in advance. Check-out time is 10:00 AM and if authorized in advance, late check-out is $25 per hour. Unauthorized late check-outs are $100 per hour. Late check-outs are only valid if put in writing via the message inbox. Get down to business away from the entertainment at the dedicated workspace in the master bedroom.
