Airport, 15 minutes (≈8 mi) from River Street / Historic Downtown Savannah, 17 minutes (≈9 mi) from Forsyth Park, 20 minutes (≈11 mi) from Tybee Island Beach, 4 minutes (≈1.5 mi) from Kroger (Whitemarsh Island), 6 minutes (≈2.2 mi) from Publix (Victory Dr), and 10 minutes (≈4.5 mi) from Walmart Supercenter (Victory Dr). Outdoor noise is not permitted between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed under any circumstances, and exceeding the maximum number of guests listed on your reservation is prohibited. Unauthorized overnight guests are strictly prohibited. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the property, and a $200 fee applies if any evidence of smoking or vaping is found. The minimum age to rent this property is 25 years old. Local residents must contact the host before booking. Guests must truthfully disclose if they are locals or under 25 before confirming a reservation. Cats are not allowed due to allergy sensitivities. Early check-in can only be confirmed by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date.
