This delightful 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom brick home offers a serene retreat with modern comforts, ideal for families, couples, or friends seeking a relaxing escape. Experience the charm and convenience of Wilmington Island living while being just a short drive from Savannah's vibrant attractions. A pet fee of $90 will be charged if you bring pets. This fee covers the extra cleaning needed to ensure pet hair and smells are removed. Early check-in is available for a fee of $45 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability. The pool is not supervised, and guests are responsible for their own safety. Usage of the hot tub is at your own risk. Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is approximately 20 miles away, a 30-minute drive. Downtown Savannah, River Street, and Broughton Street are all about 10 miles away, a 20-minute drive. Enjoy the charm and convenience of Wilmington Island living while being close to Savannah's vibrant attractions. Pool maintenance is scheduled every Tuesday during regular working hours. If Tuesday falls on a public holiday, the service will take place on Wednesday instead. Hot tub maintenance is carried out on Fridays or Sundays during working hours. Maintenance staff may access the property during these times. A $200 fee will be charged for smoking or vaping of any kind. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, in the bedrooms, or on the beds. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification for all guests aged 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them. We provide one set of bath towels and washcloths per person plus a starter pack of laundry pods in case you would like to wash them during your stay. We provide a starter pack of essentials such as towels, trash bags, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap. If needed, additional items can be purchased by the guests at a nearby supermarket or convenience store. The pool area can be slippery, so avoid running or jumping to prevent accidents. Shower before entering to keep the pool clean and free from lotions, oils, and dirt. No glass or breakable items are allowed around the pool. Report any issues immediately. The host is not responsible for injuries. Enjoy and stay safe! Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed for the home. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived. This includes washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks in bedrooms.
