We had such a lovely tour of Capital Collective. Veronica did such a great job. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and kind! The gym space is incredible and the finishings are beautiful. After touring many options in Savannah, honestly the prices are pretty fair. Especially with their one month free discount that can be applied monthly over the course of the lease!

The team at Capital Collective is first rate! What truly sets this place apart is the excellent customer service from the management team. They are always responsive, professional, and genuinely care about creating a great living experience for residents. The location is also perfect, with easy access to shops, dining, and the beauty of the Savannah! I’m so happy to have chosen Capital Collective as my new home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality living experience!
