First and foremost I would like to say the area is amazing and the homes are beautiful. My partner and I met with Miss Carrie and she was so amazing. Her attitude and professionalism was top tier . She made us feel so welcome and showed us around the home and the area . She answered all of our questioned and she was just very pleasant to be around . Please don’t hesitate to check out these homes.

I love living at Easthaven! Its a quiet community and everyone has been very friendly. There is a new management team in place since August. Tiffany is no longer here and I would ignore the previous reviews. Veronica, Carrie and Jason are the new team members in place and they have been very helpful in assisting us with any needs or questions. I highly recommend this community!

My partner and I scheduled a self guided tour for Saturday at 3:30pm. We got there a few minutes early. The company had been sending us confirmation notifications so of course, we are anticipating viewing the property. We keyed in the code sent to us and it appeared the unlock the top lock, however, the bottom lock was locked. We tried reaching out to someone in the community which was unsuccessful for about half an hour. We stayed around because we’d driven half an out to view the property. We got someone who stated that she was not on site and told us where the leasing office was. The door was locked at we not no answer. We called again and finally got an answer from someone who said that she would try and find someone to come out to unlock the door for us. She called back a few minutes later and said that no one could come out. She finally told us that she was in fact who was working that day and that she’d left an hour prior to our tour. I asked her what the hours for the leasing office were, because I am confused to why we were allowed to schedule a tour and kept receiving confirmation messages about it, if no one would be there to let us in. Of course we weren’t expecting an in person tour, but the first woman we spoke to on the phone told us that someone on site does have to be present to let us in. The leasing agent I spoke with told me that she was the community manager and that her name was Tiffany. She said that the system was down so she could not work from the community at all today. Which was a contradiction because she’d just told me that she left an hour before my tour, which would have been 2:30pm and that she checked to confirm that there were no other tours scheduled for herself before she left. If your hours of operation are 10am-5pm and you left at 2:30 because the systems were down, how are you able to confirm if there is a tour in the system? Why wouldn’t you come back and assist the tour that was clearly there. I am very disappointed in the customer service, as I myself also works in Property Management. There was no signage stating that the community closed early, nor were we notified prior to our tour that there would not be anyone to assist us due to staff leaving hours before closing. If it’s this hard to make contact with staff for a tour, God only knows how challenging it would be to gain assistance from someone once you’re a resident.
